Letting Go

I have written on my other blog about the nature of how consciousness works, or at least one aspect. I think its an important one because it can lead to powerful change in one’s life.  The concept here is that consciousness has a duality of sorts, and it mirrors the particle/wave duality seen in physics.  Imagine that all you have known in your life has been the result of your individual or particalized awareness.  Within this well defined soap bubble, or particle of being, are all your memories, all your experiences, and all of your feelings about how everything has gone down. In this soap bubble, others’ awareness does not enter in, nor does the universe impinge upon your awareness.  Further, your beliefs about how things are based on your experience tells you that you are a nice soap bubble and nothing more.  The world happens to you.  You are the result of random chemical reactions in the physical universe.  At a certain point, though, something happens.  You reach a place where your individual bubble looks for more, aware subconsciously that there IS more, and the thin wall that separates you from the universe wears thin.  At a point this wall breaks down and you become aware of the universe rushing in. Perhaps more truthfully, your own bubble merges with a larger aspect of itself, with other bubbles, other particles, and this results in forming a wave.  Up to this point, your focus on your individuality, so persistent, has excluded anything like this from happening but now you can feel beyond your bubble to a much larger aspect of your being which seems or feels very different.

You are suddenly a drop in a vast ocean, a giant wave of awareness. You are able to become more than you were before. This is not some ego trip, but a simple aspect of your being that simply was never experienced.  As you do this, as you align to the universe, all of the issues within your individual self that are not in harmony or alignment with this larger universal consciousness, are stirred up, made more obvious.  Your awareness grows about these “problems” within the individual self.  They can be translated as pain or tension.  Its like walking into a room and hearing two people singing. One person has perfect pitch, will always have perfect pitch, and this other self, which is your individual self, is off key.  When you hear this happening, it becomes incredibly obvious.  Prior to this, though, you were happily singing off key and not realizing that you were “off” by a little. The presence of this universal self who has perfect pitch makes you more aware of where you are of on the perfect harmony with the higher awareness.  This is what an awakening does.  It points these things out, and if you are brave and willing, you can release these disharmonious elements in order to learn to become something more than when all of this started.

Doing this requires an act of inner alchemy.  How do you do this?  Many know its releasing old patterns, but its not always widely understood.  Its possible, I think, that much of it is not something you work through but that you simply do. Its not a thinking thing, not something you parse like so much data.  It not mental. Its reaching into your more emotional feeling self for those things that have hung you up time and time again but that you were powerless or unaware of how to change.  When you release these notions and feelings about how the world is or how YOU are, something magical happens. Like layers of clothing, these things you thought defined you and made you what you were, slip away in the night.  Ego has a real problem with this, but as you let it slip into the background, it becomes easier to let it all go. When this does, something that had been with you forever is now gone.  Maybe its a recurring theme in your relationships that keeps you in a state of dissatisfaction over how the people wind up being.  Or it might be something related to abundance in your life.  It could be any number of things.  Ultimately, it all resolves back to self love. When you can love yourself, you can love more perfectly because being the universe as well as your individual self, you can begin to mirror this love in the universe in which you find yourself.  It might seem magic, but its a simple law of the universe that the universe will mirror back to you what you presently have within you.  When you let go of something for good, the universe is now reflecting based on fewer problems in the self and more of what the universe is, or can be for you as your universal self steps forward.

This is an important aspect that I am dealing with in the book I am writing Waking The Infinite.  How do we help ourselves to reach this place of perfect pitch?  How do we learn how to feel differently so we can release what we have for so long been attached to?  By letting go, we are able to finally find what is the best for us, and as we do, the world resolves from a world of hurt, to a world of love.  This is not a love that is predicated on anything, but is the very fabric of the universe.  Its about growing up in a real sense, to see what its like to take on the “adult” self which is this universe that is full of this love and that fills you with such bliss upon awakening.  This energy becomes unzipped, releasing orgasmic energy throughout the whole body.  It changes the physiology, and it offers a new way to be.  Its less that its just sexual as sexuality is but one aspect of this energy, which is at its root creative, and creativity has always been something that was meant to be pleasurable.  It is this because it is in perfect alignment with the universe.  Certainly you can create horrors, but you have the freewill to create based on something more in alignment with the light that shines in us all.  Shadow causes us problems, light brings us to fulfillment and peace.  The task is letting go of the things, the shadow, which always results in still more shadow (the law of attraction at work).  By bringing in more light, more light is attracted.  And so this builds to the degree that the individual self is able to let go and surrender to this vast realm of being. When we do, a new world emerges.  The world literally begins to look and act differently.  Aren’t we all seeing the same world?  I don’t think so.  And I don’t think its JUST how we feel that makes the difference, but how we change frequency and thus are freed up to see still larger dimensions of being right in front of us.  This, I suspect, is the essence of all of this 2012 stuff.  Its reaching a point of critical mass where human kind has on offer a new world within and without….realizing all along that there was no difference between the world and us.  We ARE the world and the world is us.  As a result, when you change yourself, you change the world.

Magic!

The Shift

On a larger mass scale, worldwide, there is a shift that has mirrored our own individual shift and greater numbers are beginining to experience what this shift means.

Everyone has their pet ways to describe this.  Because it comes from a world of formlessness, beyond the material, yet strikes and becomes part of our world, we are left with trying to cobble something together to try and understand just what this process is.  In truth, its just a feeling.  Just a way to feel and to be (albeit in a revolutionary way).  Since I was shown early on in my awakening how this energy behaves the same way that atomic particles do in quantum physics, and since I have observed that as each particle builds within me and reaches a certain threshold where certain phenomenon begin to exhibit themselves (which are exactly the same as the quirkly behavior of the waveform in physics), I have called these two main focuses of consciousness as essentially being “Particle” and “Wave.”

Our Need To Control

Worldwide there has been an effort on the part of a few to push for a globalist agenda.  It was spoken about by George Bush Sr. as the “New World Order” and has since been changed to globalism because those who were awake and aware began to point to at as still more evidence of an effort to create a system controlled by an elite few in finance and business, what some call the puppet masters.  All of this gets drenched in fear over what this is all about, but its very simple and its about control.  The individual or what I call the Particle self, along with ego, wants to control everything.  The Waveform Awareness is different.  Since it touches upon the higher ranges of our consciousness, it has a different way of effecting events and outcomes.  Since it is tied to a more divinely realized part of our being, its agenda is different.  As each person awakens, there is a sense of a growing Wave of awareness that goes beyond your mere self and connects into still larger parts of our being as a planetary consciousness….which in turn is tied into everything that IS. Its all connected.  But the Particle self does not see this.  To the Particle, it only believes that IT alone can effect change.  The problem we have had, is that while tied up in this form of awareness, we can be blinded to the larger realm of our awareness as Wave.

Enter The Wave

For centuries, millennia, we have as a species been struggling with these elements. Slowly but surely, we have been moving into this Wave.  Now we have a situation where Awakenings are actually becoming common place.  This is a very good thing.  As this builds steam, still more are pushed within the collective being to a place where they are ripe for this to happen.  Its not just happening with a certain type of person only.  Its happening in a much broad based way.  Its happening in Christian circles (some are quite scared by it…not having enough information about this phenomenon) and its also happening to actors (Jim Cary is one who had his brush with nondual awareness) and lawyers, road crew workers, plumbers, artists, and philosophers. The tide is rising and it is lifting all boats.
Still, though, there is a tide of the old way of being that is working hard to exert control, and I think this is natural.  Just as the individual who is going through an awakening, so is the species as a whole struggling with what this all means…moving between letting go to holding on for dear life.  Its a struggle between striking the balance between the particle and wave.  It seems like a dual thing, but what I write about is that this is birthing a new arrangement of self, of being both individually and en mass, both a particle AND a wave.  If you can learn how to surrender to this still larger sense of self and being, if you can just trust that everything is going to be alright without the need to drag the ego and individual into the center of things all the time, you can begin to taste the fruits of an expanding sense of self and reality.  The more room we give it, the more it will manifest here on the planet.  The way you do this is a simple act of intention.  You don’t even need to know how its done.  The Wave naturally comes in as you let go.  What is happening on the smaller scales is also happening at the larger.

None of this is fated in the sense that there is a WAY that its all going to go down, but already there are some things, that if true, are amazing developments that could break down the old order both without as well as within.

Evidence of A Crack In The Fascade

Very recently there was an odd event that took place that involved trillions of dollars worth of US bonds that someone sought to sell in Europe.  This was huge in the sense that either these bonds were real and someone was seeking to DUMP them or they were forgeries.  In either case, the only entities with the technology to create such forgeries or to hold that many bonds would be a government, sources have reasoned.  This involved some people trying to cross the border into Italy to try and sell these bonds.  Its interesting that in Italy there is a bank that has been connected to having been a known launderer of massive amounts of ill gotten gains in the past, and this bank is the Vatican Bank.  Now all of this is speculative, and there is a giant multi-country lawsuit at the bottom of this event that seeks to bring out into light what may well be evidence of these elites in a scheme that has been long standing and that connects quite possibly to those in finance, which also includes the US Federal Reserve, which is itself a PRIVATE bank that also serves the US govt. in making money.  Behind its money making work, its also another bank that makes giant loans to other banks worldwide.  Since they have never been audited, we don’t know what kinds of loans or accounting measures have been taken since its inception in 1913 with the Federal Reserve Act here in the US.  What some suspect is that those who seek control are themselves wealthy bankers who are also into all kinds of business dealings.  The Vatican Bank was known to have laundered vast sums for the Nazi regime.  This is not merely a rumor, but is known as a fact.  They took hundreds of millions in ill gotten gains from this regime in order to launder it, to make it all appear to be “good” money again.  Realize, one of the chief mechanisms for making bad money good is through a bank.  We trust banks, and what better way to do this than through banks that are themselves not accountable to anyone else….just the way the secretive Federal Reserve is in the U.S.  What this lawsuit seems to attempt to do is to bring to light the secretive dealings that have been going on for a long time and for a chosen few at the expense of many. Its a complicated issues that makes many eyes glaze over in the process, but in the end its really just about control.

This control is being put under threat by growing awareness on the part of the public.  Governments keep trying to institute draconian measures to fight some new threat.  IN the U.S. its terrorism.  Before terrorism, it was the Red Scare or the Cold War.  In Nazi Germany, the Reichstag or German Parliament was set fire and this allowed Hitler to institute what amounted to military law and he was given dictatorial powers.  We all know how this went down.  But it has been through these events of threat/solution that we have been offered up some sense of security in the face of such supposed threats. Very recently Obama signed an Act that gave him the power to decide who was and was not a terrorist.  It allows for no due process, and those deemed terrorists can also be executed.  Even more recently Obama signed an Executive Order that gave him and the government unlimited power to seize control over ALL resources of the United States.  This is so broad it means EVERYTHING.  Transportation, food stocks, factories, and even work force/labor.  All he needs to do is call a state of emergency, then he can institute martial law and he claims his unlimited powers which he bestowed to himself.  Understand, this has nothing whatever to do with any Congressional process. Concurrent with this was a meeting that Leon Panetta had before a Congressional Committee wherein he brazenly said that the military in conjunction with the U.N. and other interested nations would TELL the Congress that it was doing in regards to war or other efforts abroad.  The Chair of the Committee was dumbfounded;  did Panetta actually believe that he could skirt the Democratic process in this way?  Apparently so.  And its about control.  The powers that be have been very busy lately, and things seem to be coming to a head.

For as complex as this all is, its just the species coming to terms with something that is happening individually and as a group, which is a struggle between what the individual’s need for control over the Collective Soul taking away the illusion of control in favor of something still larger and remarkable for the species as a whole.  As a result, the more we can serve our divinity, the more we can serve this growing wave, the more there will be a broader support beneath the foundations of power of the elite few to change the landscape of all of this.  The ONLY way that the old regime works is if we show up and act scared and seek their solution.  When we no longer act in fear, the old solutions are seen for what they are, an effort to control.  As this happens, concerned people in higher places such as countries, banking institutions and more begin to change their old modes of feeling and acting and want to cleave more to what this Wave has always suggested or engendered. Freedom.  We are each of divine lineage, we are each sovereign beings.  There is nothing to fear in this.  We are becoming.  And as we do, some pretty amazing things will happen that are not about control but about what is right in the larger scheme.

The Way Through

The way through this is not in fear, but in trust that this Wave will grow.  The odd thing about it is we cannot at the same time worry that it WONT grow while seeking to get it to grow. Its a real deep-down sense of surrender. But when we do that, the individual steps aside some and allows this quantum field to step in more and more.  And every butterfly wing beating will shift the sands of the Sahara ever so slightly until we see landslides. This is at the present, the only thing that will help bring a broad-based sense of sanity to our world.  It is also our evolutionary heritage. By living this, anchoring this awareness in your own life, we each change the world in little ways. But by BEING this, it will naturally effect our behavior and this becomes like a tsunami wave.  If you have ever sen a tsunami, most of them aren’t very big waves at all.  Most are maybe six to nine feet waves that rush up onto shore.  But because its so broad, it can wipe out whole coast lines and wash them out to sea. To see a tsunami coming, it looks so harmless, but its not.

We can’t push this wave. We must embody it. We must be the channels for it, and only in this way will it grow in force.  Its not something that we even intend to do.  That belongs to the Particle Awareness.  In that mode, its what we do that matters.  IN this other mode, its what we don’t do that gives the wave the force that will help it to bring change.  Its hard to wrap your head around sometimes, but its like harnessing forces beyond yourself, the Collective, by just letting it to have the room to inhabit you.  Then, once the wave has built in strength, its far too strong to be effected by much else.  This is the ultimate grass roots effect or effort.  It taps the power of the quantum field.  its perfect for where we are now because what else CAN you do when the world is being run by these egomaniacs who are bent on controlling things the way THEY want to?  While surrender may go against everything you have been taught to do, realize that what you have been taught has been how to manipulate your environment through the individual effort. The way things are right now, we would need incredibly organized and orchestrated efforts to turn the tide.  Its possible that the race can become more unified through this field.  We can trust that the field knows what its doing and will bring us our highest.  This means a radical shift from the way you might have learned to be.  Its a balance, I think, learning how to allow a little of this surging tsunami within to gurgle up within you.  By letting go you surrender to a massive wave of bliss on the individual level.  You also give more room in this reality for something different to happen.  Doing this also means that you do not worry if your neighbor awakens.  This is all a choice, even if the gurus say we have no choice.  Deeper down, you have always had a choice, and it is so simple, it eludes most people.  Just as we feel victim to our upbringing and our karmas, all of this was the result of a choice….many of which you aren’t even ware of ever having made. But this is your invididual self saying you are limited and thus cannot have such control to decide. But you did. You are a giant inside, you are just waking up to it. No matter what a million yogis or masters of the universe say, we are learning more about this Awakening issue than ever before.  We are not the yogis of four thousand years ago.  We are the masters of today, and life is very different.  We do not have temples and ashrams.  We have jobs and texting and t.v.’s and all sots of media yelling at us.  And we are ourselves changing.  We are learning about how we effect the physical world through the quantum field. Its real, its not pie in the sky imaginary stuff.  Learning to trust and to flow with this field will bring miracles.

An Example of How The Wave Works Miraculously

I am writing a book.  I reached a stage where I began to bring in some other sources to help illuminate my thesis more.  People seem to need these other authorities still, so I am including them.  However, I have not sought most of my sources in the usual way.  My sources have come to me through the channels of synchronistic events, coincidences.  All seem entirely out of my control.  In one case I was going to look for a book in a library and picked up on book whose title seemed interesting to me but that I had no plan on checking out.  When I looked through it, I realized it had no bearing on what I was doing at the time.  The night before I had to take the book back, I flipped through the book and opened to a random page.  There, at the bottom of the page was an account of healing being described by the author that perfectly explained the elements that I was at that time working with in my book.  Out of an entire book there was this one paragraph passage that the author innocently recounted that had nothing to do with illustrating the same issue I was dealing with in my book.  The account was described in a more innocent way, never focusing on the one element that was crucial in my book work.  The next day I was sitting with a friend who had also had kundalini a few years before and out of the blue she mentioned how she was reading a book by an animal behaviorist that turned out to be the exact  same issue I was currently dealing with in the book work.  I had not even mentioned anything related to the issues that were contained in the book my friend mentioned in our short chat.  This is how these events happen to me now.  They seem to my ego to be utterly rediculous and impossible, but what I know now is that it is merely the power of the Wave bringing into my life those things that I need most at that time.  While these are called “synchronicities” they now happen with amazing frequency.  Its efectively learning to move mountains by simply asking.  If you are aligned within yourself, then the wave will come and bring you like a tsunami, the things you need. It SEEMS its beyond your control….and perhaps in a round about way, it is, but its a different way of going about effecting change. The hard part is that you have to be clear within for this to happen. There can’t be barriers in the way.  Once you can let these go within you, you can literally magnetize the universe to behave in the way you most need it to.  Right now, getting this book done is very important, so a lot of the “miraculous” is happening centered around that.  I also pray for the old memes to fall worldwide.  I pray and intend that the need for control to crumble to give way to this still larger thing that is growing within all of us.

I promise it is in you.  Its an amazing brilliant part of what you are, and when you feel it moving it will change your life.  Its not dependant on any belief or dogma, although it can be colored by these things and we can also shutter our awareness with these memes and beliefs.  But as we let drop all our postures and positions and consider we are more like children with a divine parent now holding our hand, we can learn to trust what this divine parentage means to us here now.

This is a quantum jump, no doubt, and there is no other way around it except to consider the way is not around but through it.  The only thing you have to lose is lifetimes of fear and anxiety and hurt and trauma. The world is changing.  We are changing.  A little surrender can go a long way. In the meantime, I seek to bring just as much of this cosmic juice into the world as I can.  To sit here and radiate with this love and compassion and intent that things will move according to plan.

How We Perceive The Infinite

In the previous blog entry I mentioned something I call Particalized Awareness and Waveform Awareness.  These are the two ways that we experience the universe.  One is what we feel coming through our senses while the other is what we feel energetically, and what we feel and how we feel it is the subject of this blog entry.

Feeling is much more than mere emotion.  You feel through your energy body, whether you know it or not.  When I was 18 and moved away from home, I began to see energy around people’s bodies. I knew about this phenomenon, and its called reading auras.  Everyone can do this by the way, its not so terribly esoteric.  Its all in knowing you can and knowing what to look for. I was always the most successful at reading auras when I shut off my thinking side.  I found myself just emptying myself of thought and was there observing the energy as it began to resolve in my vision. I would lean into feeling and that was where I began to see auras.  The reality, though, is I never really saw them.  The eyes simply cannot pick up on that wavelength of energy.  But how do we see auras when its so obvious they are being seen?

The answer lies in the fact that we don’t see this energy, we FEEL it.  What is happening is that each person has a field of energy around them and this field serves as an antenna for picking up the subtle energy of others.  We tend to filter this all out in the day to day, but sometimes when we stop the filtering, we can begin seeing or sensing this energy. It turns out that the left brain is the filter that keeps the right brain functions from being as known to us as they would otherwise be.  This is becoming known as we do more research into brain function as well as what happens when the left hemisphere is damaged.  What I have seen in my own awakening is what the neuroanatimists are saying as a result of their findings, which is that when the left brain is damaged, it ceases being a filter for the right brain functions and what results is very often an overwhelming feeling of awakening or samadhi.  This is huge because it shows in a simple and direct way how we have a dual current in us that is first energetic but also tied to consciousness and tied to our very bodies.  This line runs through us from stem to stern.  It is also consistent in how it works.  The Goddess is the right brain, the God is the left.  It is how, thousands of years ago, without the same level of accumulated technical information, it was described.  One felt softer and inclusive and intuitive while the other felt more rational, directional and detail oriented.  And the two?  To get them to work together, they had to merge, to come into union, to be married to one another instead of at odds.  So in a real way we have been silencing the "feminine" side of our consciousness in a very real way through our over-reliance on the left brain functions. And for as simple as this all sounds, and it is simple, it also expands outward through our consciousness to include and draw in many more aspects of our being than just mere brain function!  But the right brain; absolutely is feeling. 

The sensing of it (kundalini and other energetic effects) comes directly through this energy body, but that means that there is no sensory path for it to follow. The trick, though, with picking up on something like this through the energy body is that the brain picks up on the information and doesn’t always know what to do with it exactly.  Remember, a big part of its job is to organize sensory data in a way that makes sense.  Its not unusual that the data gets run through the visual centers because humans are so visual.  Dolphins would likely hear this energy, and dogs, well, they’d SMELL them!  I am a highly visual person, and being an artist adds to that leaning, but seeing them makes sense to me.  Its a kind of trick that happens, but it points to something that is of importance in all of this.  For those who doubt this, consider that there are people who have the unusual trait of tasting color or seeing sounds (and no, these people are not on LSD, although a similar thing can happen when taking this drug).  This might seem to be a big mix up in the brain, but it points to the brain’s ability to put information into different parts of the brain than where they normally belong.  It happens, I think, because its a slot that makes sense for the brain and will help the person to learn to relate to as given sensory input.  So for energy, any sense will probably do since its in truth nonphysical, but its probably all about which center of the brain’s sensing processing that will make the most sense for the person.  So you get that we can FEEL through a direct channel and not the senses, right?  Fact is, though, there will always be a tendency for the brain to get in the act in order to translate what is coming through.  This is why so many people who have awakenings feel incredible body tension or pain.  This is not physical but is referred tension/pain that is interpreted as pain.  It certainly FEELS real at the time, but if you follow the right types of exercises, you will find the pain diminishing until it goes away.  You can’t always do that with pain which is the result of smashing your finger or breaking an arm.  the point here is you have a direct line to the cosmos, and its a very beautiful place.  I am drawing a little road map for you…..

Beyond the world of your five senses is a world of sensing that isn’t physical. Its a world that is picked up on no by senses in the body but something less local, and is tied to feeling.  This is your body.  Actually, more specifically; your energy body.  Since your energy body and physical body are sol closely paired and mirrors of each other in so many ways, they will often feel inseperable.   The thing about this energy body is that since it does not have mass, it has the ability to see beyond time and into this other world that is what I call Waveform Awareness, which is the Infinite.  By feeling in this way, you can pick up on all kinds of things that some might call intuitive or reading body language.  While some of that is true, it touches upon a still larger realm of experience that leads to the infinite.  It is this infinite realm and self that lives in it that brings the bliss and joy and great feelings of energy that we feel when in this state of sensing and being.  When we look at what the easterners have to say about how emotions can serve to clog the channels of this subtle energy in our bodies, you can see or understand why the action of kundalini in an awakening is so useful and important. In a very real way, the pipes or channels for this energy running through you can become clogged with all sorts of vibrations of attached energy that are simply emotional material that you have shoved down or haven’t dealt with.  In the eastern practice of Qi Gung, the act of movement helps to move this energy in the field and can result in many older issues simply dropping away.  I know this because I used Qi Gung as an important part in my energy work as a result of a kundalini awakening. The thing about this process is that you don’t need to know with your head what is happening.  In fact, this stuff is not about the head at all.  Its about your body.  Your energy body.  As you begin to stretch and move, the movements are designed to help loosen those blocked areas. Sometimes old hurts can drop away.  Massage can achieve this as well as acupuncture.  All of these disciplines are used to help loosen up old material that we have “shoved down” out of the mind and into the body for one reason or another.  Anything old that needs to be let go of that is still clinging in your subconsciousness can be released.  The feeling is one of clearing and more intense energy in the direction of bliss.  If there is enough material that needs clearing, the process can cause some anxiety for how rapidly the shift can take place, of all of the backlog of material that falls away.  Here is where the ego might swing into action to create fear.  The change is so rapid, but at the same time, this could be seen as how we can feel a little bad as we get the medicine we need after having been so sick for so long (or away from feeling that part of our being that we so need to feel….the infinite).  In each chakra there is an atunement to a certain range of energy and each chakra will tend to have certain things attached to it that are all of like vibration.  Like attracts like in this case, so issues related to the heart will be lodged in the heart chakra.  Issues related to the self will be in the solar plexus.  Each energy center winds up being cleared both by these practices as well as the resulting kundalini.  The end result is that you can feel this universal energy more clearly and powerfully.  It also means greater peace and joy since you no longer have those old emotional issues to trip you up.

We perceive the infinite through feeling.  This is the language of the universe.  When you orient yourself this way, you are one step closer to hearing the message.  Learning how to change your own energy body to tune in this world even better is the core of what this blog is all about. By learning how to not lean on the lessons of the past teachers and use your own inner authority instead, you will be doing what I think this world has resisted us from doing for ages; think for ourselves.  Its a mighty fine little revolution we have brewing!

What You Are

You are like a coin with two sides.  One one side is the self that you have known since birth.  It is like a soap bubble, perfectly formed and finite.  It knows itself by virtue of its individuality. All of its memories, feelings, thoughts, are all contained within that soap bubble.  Its thoughts do not leak out of that perfectly bounded self, and nothing leaks into it.  It is affected by the world around it, yes, but the world does not rush into that bubble.  There is no evidence to it that the world could ever do that.  Because everything that this soap bubble has known has been within the material world of limit and form, and because there has been no evidence of anything unusual happening to change that perspective in any way, that soap bubble of awareness follows what its senses have told it all along.
There is another side to this coin and its very different.  This is a world of energy and feeling, of boundless possibility achieved through the cooperative nature of what this self is; the wave.  This waveform self is the self that often goes unnoticed, but its present in nearly everything you do.  It doesn’t get noticed much because its so immediate, up-close and is connected to feeling.  We tend to discount our feelings in our current culture, the same way we discount imagination. We use it, most certainly, without even thinking about it, and to that degree its useful, but you can see how we devalue these things by looking around you.  Because its shoved a side a bit, we know less about this aspect of ourselves.  This tends to be the realm of the sage or guru who wanders into its realm and has a hard time explaining this paradoxical realm well to the rest of us.  This is the Wave-form self, and it has the capacity to join itself with many other particles to form that wave.  It knows itself as connected to a much larger source of life and energy.  I also knows that the wave never ends because the wave isn’t suddenly created out of particles because the wave is a fundamental characteristic of life whether we know it or not.  When you move from the Particle Awareness to Waveform Awareness you are flipping that coin of your being.  You are experiencing the fullest range of what your being has to offer.  Each is important for your experience, otherwise you would not be here experiencing both.  Its no accident, its by design.

What is helpful is to understand this other side of ourselves because its the part that will make an Awakening so powerful.  The degree to which you can open to this side of yourself is the degree to which you will feel its energy in you.  First, it will help if you understand that Waveform Awareness as I call it, is nonlinear.  It is irrational and it is emotional.  Its emotional because it is tied up in feeling.  What you feel in the presence of this Wave is bliss.  In every aspect that your being can experience it, it will experience it.  Its not mistake that creativity helps to ease it along since the source energy from which we are all resting within is essentially creative.  All feeling will be amplified in moments like these.  It also causes the Law of Attraction to work faster and more powerfully.  This is why people who have kundalini have so many coincidental events happening to them.  They are much closer to FEELING which is the power of the Waveform Awareness and thus is working more closely with Attraction to help push events into being.

Being in touch with your feelings when you are “in the zone” is the best place to begin to understand Waveform Awareness.  Its a place where you let go and simply play.  You do this by being enthusiastic, engaged, and capable of bringing whatever you are passionate about into the moment so you can better align with what is happening in the moment.   This is where you feel your most creative, most inspired, and most present.  You are not worried about how something will turn out, you are in the zone and the zone means you are engaged in this moment without too much expectation about what will happen next.  Its a very specific way of being, and we all know this state.  The things that serve to knock you out of this zone or wave is fear, uncertainty, and anxiety.  By not wandering how something will turn out and placing all of your own frailties on the process, you can flow with what is happening.  This is very much like what happens when musicians are jamming without any idea as to what will happen next.  They are creatively in the flow and willing to go with that flow in order that the flow strengthens, grows, and becomes more powerful.  This state is naturally unifying and cooperative in nature.  It also tends to push the ego back into the distance in order for something higher to emerge.  When people are engaged in a selfless way (ego), their efforts quite naturally work for the good of all.  This is important because in an awakening you own Waveform Awareness will connect into your higher being which is where it all gets interesting.  this is where we begin to experience flashes of insight, creativity goes through the roof, and we expand beyond what we thought was possible.  Imagination has a part to play since it is the gateway through which you will travel to conceive of still greater things beyond yourself.  When artists or musicians are in this zone, they describe how effortless things become.  Their senses are sharpened, and often they feel, when working with others, that they are anticipating events before they actually happen.  They are On the Wave and the Wave is not space or time dependent.  It is transcendent in nature, and connects you to a still larger framework of awareness.  This is all done by allowing yourself to FEEL.  It is also aided by suspending what you think is not possible to do.  All of the great ideas came about as a result of suspending what seemed impossible in order to imagine what could be possible.  Many of our great technological achievements are aided by this ability to think differently, outside the box, not even realizing that the person conceiving it WAS outside the box.  When you bring your Particle Awareness, the awareness of your bounded self into the equation, though, you are bringing all of the things you think are true based on what you have thus far learned or experienced.  This quite naturally breaks the wave and brings you into the realm of limitation.  You cannot get beyond limit by being within it.  You have to think and feel differently.  You have to imagine it.

The best way to loosen yourself up is to dream and imagine. This brings you to a rich state where both rational and irrational are working together in consort.  The left and right brain communicate more freely and one is not predominating but enhancing the other.  These two lobes could be said to have overarching masculine and feminine traits.  The left would be linear, concrete, with rational thinking as its core. This side sees the trees individually, but might have trouble seeing the forest. This would be more masculine, whereas the right brain would be nonlinear and feeling, able to see the big picture, the whole forest.  When both sides work cooperatively the left brain might say “that is an interesting tree….with unique cell structure….” and the feminine would chime in and say “Yes, but consider how all of these trees grow together as a group; their overall structure mirrors the structure of the cell in how it grows…”  When this happens, you get the spark of inspiration. That’s when these two energies really hit the ground running!  Their own inner masculine and feminine are working together as a unity instead of being fragmented or divided.  No wonder, then, that the experience of such inspiration is so enjoyable.  If allowed to rise in potential it can lead to bliss that is not unlike our own experience of sensuality and even sexuality.  Many art students I have worked with prefer to be alone when seeking this place inside of themselves.  It is an intimate place, a sacred space, and one which cannot be hovered over by others because it can break the free flow some people need in order to get it moving. I mention this action in sexual terms because in an awakening these two currents very much DO interact in your being in a much more powerful way, and when allowed to flow together, DO create in much the same way that we create new life physically through the union of a man and woman.  The result, then, is a much more powerful version of inspiration (inspire meaning to take in…like breathing) that moves into a whole new gear.

If you suddenly feel yourself afraid or squeemish about your having a masculine or feminine side, you need not have any fear of it.  You have always been this way whether you have realized it or not.  As a man, you have always needed the more sensitive sides of your nature to balance your more aggresive side.  As a woman you have needed your masculine side to balance that part of you that might have felt overly vulnerable, or perhaps indecisive.  A man can benefit from these characteristics that are seemingly opposite just as much as a woman can.  None of them will feel particularly feminine OR masculine; they will feel HUMAN. If you are afraid of these parts of yourself, there is no need to be.  They re already in you and as you open up to them, they will reveal themselves perfectly to you in that moment of inspiration in a way that is entirely unselfconscious.  This is to say that in the moment when you are in the zone, things go by far too fast for you to even realize what is happening.  It feels perfectly natural because it IS natural.  This has never made a manly man more effeminate or a woman any less a woman.  In truth, it enhances what you already are!  The great thing is that you don’t need to think about it beyond intention.

INTENTION
Intention is the ticket you buy a week ahead of time that gets you to your destination.  Intention works magically in the moment when the train is moving at break-neck speed and you don’t have time to consider HOW everything is working or WHY it is working.  By allowing intention to work its magic without the need to know the WHY’s, you can get down to the business of enjoying what is happening in that special moment. Intention is the net that you cast out into the waters even though you don’t know what lies beneath.   Intention will aid you in helping you to create the events that you need to happen in alignment with what you believe is possible. This is why its important to understand your own biases and beliefs. You can easily intend to win the lottery, but you wont win the lottery until you align your intention with belief, pure and simple.  In the same way, when you are moving in this wonderful Waveform Awareness, being clear about what lies beneath your intentions is key to getting what you want.  The problem though is that many people dont know what their beliefs are, and their intention and beliefs are out of sync with one another.  The statement, “Whenever I try to get what I want, it never comes to pass!”  might be a good example of how belief trumps intention.  It also becomes a self perpetuating belief because the result are always the same.  By learning to feel differently and aligning to what it is you want and then also examining how you feel about what you want, you can find the problem you are having in the process. Do you secretly feel a little funny getting what you want?  Do you feel somehow like you don’t deserve it?  Do you feel like someone else should be getting what you get?  Do you feel that winning the lottery is somehow NOT spiritual, that it shouldn’t be about money?

Artists are notorious for being bad at manifesting abundance.  They are abundant in creative gifts, but when it comes to being able to sell their work, they can be very bad at it.  They have beliefs that shackle them in their success.  They might believe that they have to remain true to their vision, that by taking money that would somehow affect their creative output, or water it all down or lead to compromise. These are perfect examples of where we can keep ourselves from realizing what the power of the Waveform Awareness offers.  Most often, these notions are embedded in the subconscious self, a kind of dumping ground for all things unresolved.  By understanding you had this feeling or belief and then understanding where it might have come from, you might be able to understand how outmoded that belief is and get rid of it, replacing it with something that serves you better.  This all is about FEELING differently.  It not about rationalizing anything, but being able to FEEL how great it would be to REALLY succeed and realize all of your dreams.  When you can feel this way, the universe, which is itself also feeling, forms to your expectations!

You are a two-sided coin, yes, and you can use these two sides to greatly enrich your experience here.  By examining your beliefs, you can allow the power of the Wave to crash upon your shores and bring you the miraculous things you always needed. I know it sounds like magic, and perhaps this is always how we have seen magic:  some people had it while others did not.  How they were able to always have things work just right seemed entirely magical.  And if they thought that way, I’d say that looking from the outside in, they were pretty on the mark!

So the first step is to being to flow.  As you flow and allow yourself to NOT know the outcome when in the midst of being creative, you open yourself up to still greater amounts of energy, the energy of this boundless wave.  Trust me, events will begin to happen that seem utterly magical, coincidental, but this is merely proof that it is working in a powerful way for you.  Instead of wondering over what comes next, stay in the wave as much as you can.  Nothing might be happening right now, but just keep up the groove you are in and as you build this energy, things will have a funny way of happening as long as your intention and your belief are in alignment.  Its there in that place where anything suddenly becomes possible and you begin to think and conceive of new things!  This is the essence of creativity!

Awakening cannot be explained, but experienced.  Trying to explain it is like trying to understand liquid water by studying ice.  It is close, but the opposite end of a far larger experience.  Explaining what nonduality is by talking about the ocean of being or just the individual is in a sense missing the point because in the experiencing ALL states exist at once with no paradox, no contradiction.  An Awakening breaks you out of the old accustomed modes of being and moves you into a watery realm of self that has always been there waiting for you, a fundamental aspect of your creaturehood, your being.  Like love, it can be described, but all descriptions fall short for the simple fact that its in its direct experience that it is known.  In that one moment, though, your world shifts in a significant way.  Even those who are touched by it in a temporary way are changed forever.  It is not something foreign to us, but fundamental.  When you find it, it is like awakening a long lost love, or something you always knew but had perhaps for the time being forgotten.  It is the mover of worlds.  It is a game changer, a churning of your insides until your earthly self aligns with the cosmic, and in that moment, you will know that the two were never separate.  Something inside of you served to create a rift that moved you in directions far afield from your fundamental self, your larger self.  While ego was involved, this has not been some cosmic accident, but an experiment, a journey we have chosen to take here in this world.  There is far more design in the stars than we could ever dream possible.

Unlike some, I do not feel that our more icy side is a false self.  All aspects of being serve a purpose, and we chose the arrangement of self for a purpose, which has been to learn the myriad ways that consciousness can arrange itself and express itself.  This purpose has served the infinite self in its quest for experiencing a boundless realm of awareness.  All of this, every scrap of it, is a creation, and suggesting that the creation is any less real than the consciousness that formed it forgets the nature of the infinite which is itself creative energy.  In fact, you can work your way through an Awakening by learning to allow this creative energy to flow through you.  This energy is freeing, opening, and liberating.  It actually breaks away the ice of your former being so that you may begin to experience the more watery realms of your awareness.  It isn't that the ice isn't of any benefit, its that it has its place within being, but so does the infinite ocean, and when the ice clogs the self so that the watery self cannot flow, we become limited in what we can ourselves experience in the moment.  We feel cut off from some still larger source of purpose, which is the foundation of our creaturehood; the creative.  The egoic self, the individual is a part of being, its just not the whole story.  There are vast realms of awareness quite different from the ones you know now, and it is in this broader awareness or state of being that will show you in a direct way what awaits you.  The beauty that you are, the beauty that is the universe, lies nested ---curled--- waiting to unfurl, bringing great fruit to bear in your life.

Since creation is itself an act of love, creativity is itself unifying and a bringer of love. This is why those who are creative, regardless of their discipline, will love what they do.  Its because the work, be it a physicist, mechanic, librarian, teacher, lawyer, or artist, bears the mark of the creative.  Otherwise, the work become work, instead of ones passion, and everything becomes ordinary, perhaps even perfunctory.  Observe anyone who is great at what they do and you will find creative energy, innovative thinking, a willingness to break out of old modes and molds. In truth, our creativity is our connection to our divinity.  Ringing within us are the faint echoes of the first impulse of creation, the very essence and secret of how worlds were formed out of a seeming "nothing" that was itself full of everything. This is why the experience of Awakening is full of passion and power, of beauty, and grace.  Its is beautiful and terrifying as the old you, so crammed with ice, finds itself on unsteady ground while the volcanic passion of this experience seethes up all around you, threatening to swallow you whole, threatening to destroy everything your egoic self has worked hard to install, protect, and propagate.  It only seems a threat at first because of how conditioned you have become to feeling like your individual self was all there was.  The ego is threatened and swings into action, creating body pain, trying to keep together the old alignment based more on a limited understanding than on anything enduringly infinite or larger than itself. Because it is a young self, it cannot be expected to move with the same depth as the soul, the infinite self.  It tries, and slowly slowly, it learns, but knowing already exists within you and it lies deep within your breast, deep within the yearning that is but the tail of a much larger tiger.  Hot blooded and alive, it moves with the certainty that its divine being has conferred.  The only threat that it brings is the threat of change.  Uncertain, there may be fear at first until you are utterly seduced and brought into a new way of being, and of feeling.  Out of the intellect and into feeling, you learn that the one language in the universe is Feeling.  It is through this that we commune with the entirety of All That Is.  Here, secrets unlock and we resolve into beings who are unmoved by those secrets.  It isn't that a secret isn't juicy and wonderful sometimes, its that using the secret it simply no longer necessary, for the secret is that it is Us.  Whatever it is, we are One with it, for this Watery realm of our being means to heal the separation that our individuality has served to create through its having been created. 

Beyond who you are, and what you think is possible, is something still more. In our conventional thinking there exists all manner of distortions and presumptions that do not serve our larger unfolding.  Knowledge is not the key to unlocking the universe.  It is love and the creative, and all of this is spoken in the language of the Creator which is FEELING.  This is the bright sun that shall melt away your ice and bring you to a new alignment to your being.   The secret to all of this is learning to feel deeply.  And in those depths of water fire and even ice, we discover through wonder what it is to be a human reaching for the stars.

I Don't Care....?

I do not care for what the experts have to say.  They are worn and weathered by ego and hurt.  They spin systems and methods.  Advaita, nonduality.....oh my goodness.  They are touching upon the nerve, but never seem to plumb the world behind the nerve.  Always touching it, happy that they are (me too...at least it is that) but it saddens me when someone writes a book about how to find a guru in an awakening, how to spot someone who has not quite "climbed the mountain."  Even those who have been soul connected, those who have swum in the deeper waters of the Collective Consciousness, know that just by feeling another who we mirror, we can catalyze change and healing, and there is nothing done but simply connecting through the Wave of the All, something that isn't talked about very much, but is I think what a guru will do (think darshan--often called "blessing" a word I learned about recently which I understand to be riding the waveform through connection and other aspects of energetic transfer) You see, when you awaken, and even before, you find things based on what you mirror.  It becomes so crystal clear, so obvious....its an elephant in the room....and its inescapable.  If you have some victim issue, your guru will mirror that and you will come into some kind of tussle or tangle with that...and either you will learn from it or you will deepen the waters of your victimhood.  The world will have proven that its out to get you while you slumber, not realizing that its YOU who are creating this.  You have ultimate responsibility.  Perhaps, in a way, this is the silly illusion they talk about.  Its silly because the illusion is real.  I mean, think about it; what is this energy made up of?  Its CREATIVE.  Even the sexual energy felt in an awakening, its just the bliss of creation flowing through us.  And we are here to create our lives....to create and learn from those creations.  Karma has been our ultimate creation in the past.  We are learning, though, the responsibility inherent in creating.  This is being done via free will.   We are free to create heavens or nightmares.  We can choose peace, or strife. Our lives are a reflection of this.  There is no destiny in this, its all subject to an infinity of choices.  Create.....watch that creation unfold. The creation is the product of the sum total of your vibration in that moment......your beliefs, your fears, your hopes....all of it.  And through this, we learn.....sadly, though, the level of discourse on this transformative topic has not risen to a level where I feel good about what's going on.  We can do more, we can do better, and a little discussion and sharing of perspective will help add to this stone soup until what we have is something greater than the sum total of its parts.

I prefer simple because the energy is simple.  It can get incredibly complex, but by understanding that you  rest astride a larger consciousness, you can sit back and watch this higher self do incredible work in your life. Like a savant, people do not see you for what you really are.....because they do not realize their own capacities.  Unawakened, they fear for people getting the "wrong" guru or teacher, or they want to point to what is and is not enlightenment, and having ridden the cosmic wave I can say that even the word enlightenment is a troubling thing to even say.  How do you mark the arrival or destination for something that is never ending.....Its like saying you graduated from college....its arbitrary in all truth because now all you have is a little piece of truth and an infinity of learning yet to do.  Its another phase, which is both an ending and a beginning.  You graduate from school and realize you have only just begun to understand.

I prefer the simple things.  This is the kingdom. It was a mustard seed.  Most do not realize what he was talking about, but it all sounded nice, even if it was a mystery to most  He knew what this was about, and it was largely swept under the rug along with the divine feminine.  It is in the book.  But the best way is to be simple, like children.  You know you are in trouble when people start saying what this is and is not....kinda silly when awakening is LIFE.  Who is to say what it is and is not?  Something DOES happen, though, and its profound and powerful; it changes you forever. Fire burns and courses in your veins 24/7 and you ride atop a wave of collective consciousness and this is not easy when you are not refined.  It hurts, its painful, dreadfully so sometimes, until the ego learns to step back some so the feeling self can grab the reins.  Forget intellect and mind.  They cannot nor will EVER grasp this.  All they can do is identify, classify, and make a complicated mess of something that is more like poetry than anything else. So when Ken Wilbur says "a schmuck before awakening, a schmuck after awakening" I cringe.  First, schmuck is what gets tossed after a circumcision, a Yiddish term that has entered our language in a pretty crass sort of way.  And the problem here is that what Wilbur has missed is the extraordinary promise an awakening can have for each and every one of us, the potential for transformation. Not just this, but people are transformed from what they were ( a Wilber "schmuck") to something greater and beautiful; what they were deep down, what they have always been perhaps.  I am not criticizing Wilbur as much as I am trying to bring a new kind of discourse into this; we know very little based on what is being said and written in our current time it seems, and when these folks open their mouths it just brings the bright light of focus.....and I wonder.....what is gained by me putting another light on this of my own?

It makes me want to pull away from it all, to simply let it all go....why do I need to write a book?  Why do I need to help anyone?  Why?  I know why, or I knew why, and this why feels like a boat that once carried a full crew full of concerned souls, and now is just a floating vessel emptied of everything as I abandoned it for slipping into the ocean alone and naked.  It could not be simpler.  I pray to this ocean to take me....and my trust resolves into a deeper and deeper appreciation for its great and wonderous mystery and beauty.

We are this ocean.  This ocean is us.  Everything is connected.  Not just simple platitudes, but deep certain reality.  Everything sings with this marvelous voice, even the pained ones who cry out in their own self imposed dark cells of pity and victimization.  Each so hungry for love, so desirious for it, yet so punishing and hard.  And I ask why I even need to say anything about what IS and is not enlightenment.  Lets forget that and remember what it is to love.  For this, dear reader, is the one thing we need so badly that its enough that you run from the moment in order to discover its presence inside of you, a dark pulsation so utterly remarkable....so simple....

Maybe it was never meant to be talked about, but experienced.  Maybe we have everything we need.  Maybe we CAN bring awareness to others through the power of the Waveform Awareness, which is Collective Consciousness.  This is how we connect to that endless ocean.  We, a particle like a photon, discovers how it is entangled with the All and can feel the All inside of its seemingly finite body...knowing itself to be infinite and able to feel everyone around it....and feel the pulse of all life rising up within it....and so through others sometimes we learn something that eluded us, and so we can learn directly...and maybe if we are to learn from the other perhaps it is through this direct cognition that is the Waveform Awareness, the infinite, the universe inside of us. Perhaps this is how we need to learn, silently and with a prayerful purpose.  The man who spoke of the kingdom also said in a gospel that was hidden and then buried in NAg Hammadi Egypt that he bore a fire and was himself fanning its flames until the whole world would catch its fire.  This fire is the fire of awakening, of kundalini.  Sadly, we have lost a lot of what was taught from the man, because what the scrolls have given us and what some insightful scholars have been able to tease out from his Aramaic (not Greek as the documents accepted were written in) that there was probably a good deal of mistranslation. Maybe they weren't ready then and maybe they aren't ready now?   But maybe we do not need the teaching since people are waking up without benefit of ANY meditation or diet or nadi cleansing or any of that.  Perhaps only because the wave of the collective is growing, building in potential, like the flame Jesus was talking about.....

Its a fire, its an ocean, its a mystery.

So with the innocence of children, the freshness of their hearts and minds, let us forgive and let go what has come before.  Let us in this moment just let it all go within us.  None of it matters.  There is an infinity waiting.  Its more than we could ever dare dream.  Here, we can play and watch as we create and realize what the ramifications are of those creations.....
