The Work, The Awareness

Krishanmurti was the quintessential awakened one.  He said "nothing disturbs me..." he was way cool out there on his bliss lotus.  He had it all worked out.  And all these gurus, they tell us the way while falling for the prettiest of their followers and not following their own advice to keep things chaste and holy.  People, all so ascended yet so full of unresolved issues that drive into their core, their roots twining around their being, making slaves of them, distorting their sight, their perception, making them hard, making them unaware and even blind.

We are all human.  We are here because we were drawn here the same way like attracts like. Its an energetic law of the universe....the multiverse.  We all do the work we came here to do, except on this one issue, we get hung up.  For lifetimes.  Hundreds, even thousands.  Like a skipping record.  We get to that one place in our development where there is that one deep scratch and then the stylus refuses to advance.  Lifetime after lifetime we hear that same sweet refrain repeated over and over until we are about ready to go mad.  Or run out into the cosmic street of night and yell "stop!!!"

Stopping is the equivalent of kundalini rising in you, the switch tripping and your body suddenly doing something it has not done yet has been programmed to do....a wonderous little trick, a feat of evolution, a wonderful cosmic turning of the interdimensional transmission in that wonderfilled groove microbus covered with groovy paint and curiosity.....forever changed....forever different....returned to your Essential Self. Except sometimes we get stuck on the curb just getting the bus onto the road and rolling with the sweet magic of pushing forward through the cosmic winds....

When Krishnamurti was a year from passing from this life into the next, he was full of a bitterness, of old hurts left unresolved.  I am not judging him, but observing that if the man who was the World Teacher could have such an inventory left over from an Awakening after a long life of work and teaching, what does this suggest to us here now?  I think the most important part of all of this is divesting ourselves of the things that hurt us, that turn in us and that enslave us.  These things have a life of their own, hitching a ride on that bus like some stranger who entwines itself so close into our awareness that its no longer seen and we then think lifetimes later that its just who we are.....except it isn't.  Growing in us are the roots of something that we often trim back to maintain, keeping it good looking for the world to see, but in truth, its unmanageable when we get right down to it.  Most people simply do not have the awareness necessary to know how to deal with what it is that is inside of them that isn't them, but that they have allowed to take that ride and thus become ingratiated within them.  Perhaps in a more accurate way, its a little rift inside that is a lot like the scratch on that old vinyl record I was mentioning earlier.  it keeps us from sometimes getting to the next groove, the next lesson. We think there is work to be done, but my sense has been its not about work. Someone shot you in that life as a sailer and you never got over it. So here you are.  But its less that you have something to work out with another person as you have to work out with yourself.  Nothing happens to you that has not first been attracted to you.  As hard or as easy as that might be, if you go all the way to the source of the hurt, you will be surprised with what you find.  The law of attraction is not here to punish us.  Its here to offer up a mirror.

We become enmeshed in our dramas.  They become very real, important.  Much of it has to do with ego.  "We" are hurt.  "We" endured a trial.  Because it was done to us, or me, the identification is set upon the one.  It wasn't right that we were dissabused of our rights, or that someone took advantage of us.  But that person was attracted to something in us that sent out a certain vibration.  The law of attraction at work.  Look deeper, beyond the insult to your self and to what lies at the core.  This is the hard part, the part where awareness is key. Lifetimes ago I did not stand up for what was right and many people suffered and probably died.  I was in a position of power and I could have said "no" to what was happening but did not.  I felt guilt and shame over that for lifetimes.  And for lifetimes, because I did not stand up, I was a target for being scapegoated by others.  This went on since the 13th century until a few months ago.  The day that I let the root of that old vine slip out of the earth of my being, things began to change.  People began to deal more fairly with me.  I did not fear the truth.  I knew, in my heart, that the truth would set me free.  But in that life as a priest I came against the Grand Inquisitor and it was he who sought to do his will through me, using the church for some grizzly work.  But I do not need to go back to him to settle the account.  No.  I need to settle the account within me.  There will be Inquisitors a plenty in this world, and to do work with them all would be missing the point.  By recognizing that the issue is within me and not in others, I can more clearly and properly settle upon what it is that needs to be done.  If something bothers me about someone, chances are its due to some misalignment in me rather than in them. Some people are just mean, and you can't help that but you can also choose not to have it effect you.  Let them be, let them live their life.  They are on their way to the promised land, too, and we are all on our own schedule.  No one needs to do anything according to our clock or belief system or way. 

We are each important, we each matter, but the ego can overidentify with a misalignment with its divine nature, and this divine nature has to do with how it processes energy.  This is very much about "being in the flow."  When we limit the flow, we can feel it as backing up, creating anxiety, even physical pain.  We are made to let that flow move through us and when we do not, something is amiss....but because so much of this is processed at subconscious levels for so many people, it can be easy to have something go awry within and the waters begin to get blocked at the entry...

Learning to be more aware is probably the single most important aspect you will learn.  Following your instincts, being able to determine between fear and flow, to follow your bliss, is an important part of training your insides to want to want the bliss instead of the age-old hurts you have adopted that curl themselves so deep that you and they feel one and the same. 

Forgiving, letting go, surrendering, letting all of that anger, angst, abrasiveness go is so important to your being able to feel an every more divine flow.  And as this happens, your awareness will likewise grow in accord with divine law. When you can signal that you are ready to perceive an ever broader sweep of the inner realms, you will be accorded more freedom.  Let go your investment in how that lawyer treated your family, or how someone in your childhood did less than kind by you.  Whatever it is that is gripping you, it is using up energy and perception that could be put to better use.  And you would feel happier, more one with yourself and the universe.  You'd also be that much closer to being a master or seeress of the universe.  No more Dark Side of the Moon....

As each of you let go of something, it makes it easier for others to do so; this is important and overlooked.  The work of a thousand lifetimes is now bearing fruit.  The resonant field of searchers, adepts, dreamers, and priestesses, are all bearing upon the collective self in the present time, and we will see more awakenings as we continue to press forward and build what is an energetic field of potentiality.  Now, for the first time in a very long time, awakenings are building in number and as we each push the envelope, we can help to build this thing from the inside out.  This is how it works, effecting change not in the world but in the world of each person, and as the tide rises and more people are forever changed by this experience, the effect of every single person will and is being felt.  This is the single best way to bring change into the world; via the power of the Waveform Awareness principle of consciousness, which transcends the efforts of singular people and brings the power of the universe and out ability to manifest on a larger level more possible.  As crazy as that might seem, anyone who has become awakened is familiar with the concept of the synchronicity or "sync." This is the very same energy in action, following your thoughts, intent, and will.  The trick becomes how to direct the wave for the highest purpose.  With each shift, each change within, the whole, the all, shifts and changes like the caterpillar in its cocoon, ready to grow those wings and emerge......

So join me, look inside deep, and ask yourself what remains.  What is it that causes you the most trouble?  Can you feel what part of your body registers the anxiety, tightness or pain?  If you look at what chakra it corresponds with you can look up to find what each chakra deals with, and for as silly as you might think that is, I have found the chakra  guides are pretty much on the mark.  Its an ascending range of energy from root to crown.  One site you could look at to help identify where some problems might be emerging is here Charka Chart

Knowing

For those who might wonder or doubt that we are more than what we seem, I will offer you one very simple experiment to try.

We are awash in energy.  We are soaking it up all the time, and being effected by it on subtle levels.  This exercise will help you to understand that we do not need to communicate through the usual senses but through the language of energetic exchange. 

Find someone that you know who will be willing to join in this experiment with you.  For it to work the best, do not tell your friend what it is you are doing.  You could say that you are attempting to find out about how their own awareness is able to pick up on inner commands from others.  This would be true, but it would not reveal exactly what the experiment will entail.

Have your friend stand beside you and slightly in front of you.  Place your hand against their hand in such a way that you can sense their strength.  You will need to have your friend lift up their hand at their side not in front of them, but to their side.  this way, you can place your hand over their hand to test their strength.  The first time that you do this, you will simply be registering how strong they are.  Have them lift up as forcefully as they can.  This should not take a long period of time, but a matter of a few seconds.  You are holding their hand down in order to gauge their strength.  Once you have done this, give your friend a few moments to recover their strength.  While you give them this opportunity, I want you to stand with your hand behind your friend and use your thumb to point downward.  As you do this, think how they are getting very weak.  FEEL how you are drawing down their strength, making them weak, or asking their body to show how it can hear your thoughts by being weak instead of strong.  Then, once you have done this in a way where you feel like its been communicated well, test your friend's strength and gauge it against the first test.  After this, you can then test again with your thumb pointing up behind their back and thinking how much stronger they will be.  Align your hand along their spine and with your thumb pointing upwards, think how their energy is increasing.  Then test their strength again and compare with the other two tests.

When you are doing this test, you can stand on your friend's left side but slightly to the back of them.  As you do this your hands can be free to hold down their hand as well as having a hand free that points up or down so that you friend cannot see you doing this. 

Let me know what you find.  You may have to try this a few times.  The clearer you are in your own mind about what it is you are doing, I think the clearer your results will be. 

The Fortunate Teller

When you gaze downward as she looks at your hand, when you sit with your eyes off to the side as he looks at your aura, or as you sit on the other end of the phone waiting for answers to come out of the ether for the sensitive or psychic on the other end of the line, it would be nice to know that you were just looking for answers to life's most vexing problems, but you weren't.

When you go to the temple and pray, you aren't asking for the world to be delivered, nor are you wanting peace on earth.  You might ask for this because you feel its your duty to do so, and maybe you care about peace, but what really is at the core of all of this is something entirely different.

We want to know there is something more beyond what we see.  Captured as we are by Particle Awareness, we are like 6.5 billion soap bubbles that wont pop.  Inside is all that we are, but something inside of what we are whispers to us that we are much more, that there is something much more and somehow it seems this lays outside of us.  Except it doesn't.  Its as much us as anything else is.  It has been the beginning and end of my journey here, and it will occupy all journies for me, I know.  For me, there is nothing else as important as this one thing, and it animates every single person on the planet and it is currently beckoning from deep within you in a way you could not even begin to imagine, save experience directly.  This is a force that holds everything together, and it expands everything into a whole new constellation.  It brings worlds into being and it also brings them to their conclusion. It is the very essence of creation and Oneness.  It is the font from which we drink deeply and never seem able to get enough.  This is love.

We have love for others, love for things, and any number of other experiences related to what we feel we love.  There is, though, a love that will encompass you if you let it, will seep in all around you and take you to its home.  It will show you a new way of being and feeling.  It will make you turn red in the face and you wont know how to control its passion as it moves all through you. it will open doors in you as you feel entire rooms of your being opened up by this love.  this love is a dizzying pulse that is unlike any other love you have felt, for its less a feeling you feel in your heart or head as it is a pulsation that moves from universe to universe, that is so simple and small yet so huge, as it spirals out and into all known and unknown worlds.

I know that sounds grandiose, but it is.  Its grandiose because its true.  This is not something that can be understood, but experienced, and it is the wish of everything that Is to feel its presence.  Once you have done this, you are a goner.  You can never be the same again.  You have, like I described in my book, awakened one day speaking martian. But the language is beautiful, and it will take you to new levels of understanding if you let it.  It will peel away all your layers, sometimes painfully, but always compassionately.  You will be asked to stand naked before All, and when you do, there will only be one things remaining in you, and it will be love.

To know it is to embrace it with a simplicity and directness.  This is in everything, and it can be in you, too.  In fact, it IS in you, and if you can trip the switch that turns an awakening from a chance encounter with the cosmic into something more enduring, you will see how this is all about remembering what you have always been.  Its like a lover coming up to you whom you have not seen in your entirety of lifetimes who is suddenly there, her everything reminding you of some ancient promise we have all sought to keep.  In that moment, it will be as though worlds rush through you as the origin lands you in the place where it all began.  And when you feel that beginning, it will be like a hoop whose end starts at the beginning of itself, and you might well feel a unity of being and connectedness to your life and the lost pages of your past in a way that makes you smile, for you now do not need someone to tell you if you will be rich, or if you will live on another planet in a life in the future, or if you can talk to your long lost father or grandmother, or if the lines on your hand spell fortune or great insight.  In that moment, there will be just what you had been looking for.  It will be love.  Perfectly crafted from the One from which we have all come from and to which we all aspire, and seek to find in each other.

There are a number of ways to awaken.  The first is with intention.  Is it in you to seek this?  If it is, it will build all around you.  I was just watching a movie with Jim Carrey in it called the Truman Show. Not so long ago, Jim had an awakening experience, and when I look at the work he has done recently, I see these elements alive in his work before the awakening happened.  In the Truman show, things are not quite what they seem.  It turns out that the True-man is entirely fooled by what he thinks he sees all around him.  He slowly begins to realize that there is something more out there, and sets about to find it.  Maybe life feels that way to you sometimes.  I know when I was young I had this feeling as though this was all some kind of play or set-up....and I have found others who had the exact same notion as kids.  Its not so unusual as we might think because it all points to this sense that there is something more than just this.  Neo in those very violent Matrix movies wakes up to find his old world was not what he thought it was.  Sadly, though, the real world for him was more like a nightmare than a saving grace.  I suppose, though, that we can choose how we see it, even though it has infinite potential and will be like putty in our hands if we but let it resolve into what is best for us. The single best way to awaken is to learn to let go.  Something inside of you lets go, and then slowly, it is seduced into the fires of transformation like some ancient rite of passage.  Some of the flames can hurt, but only because whatever it was you were wearing was not compatible with the flames....

Let go of something simple, easy, but it needs to be real.  Let go of some old guilt or hurt that you piled onto yourself.  Perhaps a confession will help, and it might just be that you can confess to someone who is a neutral party.   Make it count. The release might just lighten your being enough to let a stream of energy move through you that helps to establish that flow. Tell someone how you feel that you have been holding back on for years.  or maybe when you were little you blamed your sister for something that she did not do.  Do something that will lighten your load a little, and then go out and smell the sweet air and feel how this makes you feel different. And if that does not do it, a simple focus on the third eye while breathing deeply and imagining a deep energy rising up into the third eye, drawn up through your attention to the third eye.  If that doesn't work,  ask  your soul simply and directly to show you the way to awakening if its in your highest to know it in this life.  Awakening is a real challenge,so its best to do when you are ready.  Once you have it, its a bit like being wed to something that you simply wont shake.  You can't.  Acupuncture might help.  I found some interesting things happening when I tried acupuncture.  The one needle that did the most was something called the Gateway and it was connected to the heart.  It turned me into an ocean of flow.  You can try kundalini yoga, but for most people today, awakenings aren't happening through that avenue as much as they are simply happening.  The air is being filled with the passion of this vibration, and more and more are being effected by a still broadening morphic field.  I suspect it will continue to grow as long as there are people who are energetically close to the threshold for it to take hold in them.

Its all about love.  Learning to love yourself, not in a selfish way, but in a true way.  To feel the love of the universe AS you and to feel the love reflected through all things.  This pulse is what keeps the planets in their orbit and the frogs singing on cool Spring nights.  its what draws us to each other and to professions in the hopes of greater fulfillment.  We sometimes get lost in it and mistake it for things like money or jobs or keeping up with the Jones's.  This love seeks nothing but itself and asks nothing but itself.  To achieve this means letting go of a good deal of the things you have clung to.....since so much have been in truth stumbling blocks for you, or miscalculations, however carefully conceieved....some have turned into traps without your even realizing it.  Waking into this love, you will be drawn away from that which does not serve your greater being.  As long as your old karmas lay within you, they will energize you and tell you they are important until you see differently, that there is still more to divest, to let go. Do not be afraid to stand completely naked, to allow your Essential Self shine forth without any static from your ego or mind.  Forget what you THINK will happen and just consider whatever DOES happen will be perfect.

You are being asked to move from bubble to wave.  this will require you to stretch out and become something entirely different, but perfect.  And beautiful.  As I breath in deep I hear the universe reminding me that all these people searching will find what they need as they need.  It tells me to just keep breathing deep, to breathe life into this growing organism we are building that is the collective self that is not just the collective, but the collective portion that is becoming AWARE as Infinite and awake in the moment, here, on earth, now.  As this energy builds, so does it help to push others over the edge.  We are all like these brilliant cells in a larger body as a ripple of some complex chemistry seeks to change and send a message, like a hormonal end electrical pulse, perfectly timed that changes how we, little motes in the body of something larger, think and feel and KNOW.  Awake, the world is very different.  We feed from a larger body of being and can feel this subtle energy moving all through this larger body.  We are each waking up in our own time and in our own way.

You don't need someone to tell you are special, or if your destiny is written in the stars.  You ARE the stars, silly.  Everything you had hoped to hear from soothesayers was just the same thing you always yearned for, which was that there was something more.  This something more was love.  But what a love!  So powerful, so challenging, so encompassing!  When they look up at you to tell you your destiny, you can smile knowing that you KNOW what your destiny is, which is in essence the same as everyone else's on the planet: to be love.....the most unordinary love you could ever imagine, but is what you have been seeking all through your lifetimes and helps to shape your curiosity and hope for this something more.   It seems outside of you, but rests like a sleeping baby within you.

The Secret Doctrine

I have been doing some research for this and another book about how Christinity had contained within it, the very seed of awakening, a deeper greater mystery than what was allowed out into the public.  I often read scholars who say why we got the book in the bible right, and its laughable really, to hear how people will seek to justify what was nothing more than a grab for power.  It was less about plumbing the truth, although there was some effort at doing that, but these were all people who were themselves not awakened.  How could they know or spot writings that pointed to awakening?  Its odd because it does not look like awakening was on their agenda at all. Something great and wonderful was hidden.  Something was swept under the rug. 

I came into this life with this feeling.  I know its not born out of some odd little disturbance in my neurology.  Something was not fully told, revealed, allowed out into the public.  To do so might have compromised the power structure that was being built, and a tide of paternalism that had been in place for centuries.  Millenia.  The documents that were hidden, burned after the Nicean Council did not get rid of all of the books which contained the truth.  Almost two thousand years later a cache of documents in the desert of Nag Hammadi would offer up its gift in the form of a ceramic jar.  Some of the documents were burned for kindling, but most survived.  Still steeped in the tide of paternalism, some documents were not. One very special one, a hard one to follow for the language it used, but had some very clear portions that helped to lay out once and for all the shape of human consciousness as being dual, both masculine and feminine within one, that the deity was itself dual, masculine and feminine....and that the Holy Ghost was known by most back in the day as being the feminine counterpart to the masculine "father."  They understood how karma would stay active in a person and would make a person a slave to it, making people do things they do not wish to do....and that there was only ONE way to get rid of these karmic threads....

So its time to bring forth this secret doctrine.  It lays out a pathway for any human, for this is not a Christian path, but a human path.  Hindus, Muslims, Zorasters, Christians, and more, can benefit from it not as a process of faith, but as a practice of intention.  Beyond where we are lies the promise of tomorrow in the love that is what we are within.  We, each like islands, are bounded by a vast ocean, and it is this vast ocean that connects each of us into one.  Whatsmore, this ocean is love.  And it is you. It is waiting....The book, which still remains unnamed, will contain the seeds of the Secret Doctrine within it.  The truth is that the Secret Doctrine is something that ought not be secret, but known, and in our age, we have the opportunity to bring it forward for all to know if it is their wish.

The second book outline is done, laid out, and the chapters are being written.  This process is much more sane than writing a book the way I did the first "like a quilt" I said.  At some point you have to arrange all the squares to make sense of what has been written!  I am currently tightening up the manuscript in an effort to begin sending it out to prospective literary agents.  Fingers crossed!

Everpresent Nondual Awareness

This, they say, is enlightenment.  I don't know what enlightenment is probably because it sounds so much like a destination, and nothing about any of this feels like a destination.  Without a real understanding of what enlightenment might be, I tend to feel like the word simply confuses rather than enlightens.  I know illumination, and I think many people are this.  But enlightenment.....if this is an everpresent nondual awareness, then I am enlightened.  And I have to ask; and so?

We are humans in this world of the walking wounded.  We have karma to untangle, and the world to love.  Moving out of the tangled barbs of our own making, or all the finger pointing and all of the recrimination, everything resolves into one simple truth; somewhere along the line we had some rift in our souls or selves and we brought it into the physical in order to heal it, fix it, or to accept it as it is and then learn to move on in a more wonderfilled way.  Awakening, this experience of nonduality, is part of the process I think.  It is a form of liberation from the shackles of what went before.  The thing  though is that we can still have other less binding or obvious issues within us.....as this process is ever-continual, ever changing, and growing in dimension.  In one simple moment the universe can open up wide and in that moment you may wonder why, what for, what to do.  And I say that it isn't that you do nothing. I say its showing you your dual nature as particle self to wave self.  Particle is the bubble that defined your awareness wince you were born.  Finite, bounded within the bubble of you, you could not hear others' thoughts or feel their feelings.  You were neatly contained within your body. Individual. But the wave connected you to the rest of the cosmos, wedded you to a special aspect of yourself that allowed you to also blend into the Allness of creation and quite suddenly you DO feel others' feelings, or hear their thoughts.  Suddenly a trap door opens within you and some new things ruse to the surface of the waters beneath that trap door.  But its not a trap.  Its a way to freedom. Wave Awareness.  And you move from partical and wave with ease when you become safe within this experience.

Everpresent nondual awareness.  An awakening brings this, and in you, it will work with you in dealing with your inner material but your ego self will have control if you let it.  By letting go more and more, the authentic self moves forward and there is less to do as this self knows that instead of moving the universe ourselves as little beings we can use our awareness in the waveform to move mountains. When we are one with the wave of the universe, this is how it can be done.  The universe is suddenly behind you.  Belief determines whether you succeed or not.  Belief is required.  It opens the door.  Feel it in totality, and then the universe will align to you.  Its already aligning to your beliefs.  If you change them, so does your experience.

Practice Element

Healing the Root

One powerful way of healing the root chakra is to place one hand on your heart and the other on your root, or near your genitals.  You might feel one hand will flow into the root from the heart better than another, and if this is so, follow your instinct.  My right hand is the sending hand while my left hand is the receiver, so when I do this simple exercise, I place my left hand on my heart chakra and my right on the root.  Imagine your chakra breathing in the energy from your heart.  Feel into this and do this for at least 15 minutes.  You need not have a thunder clap experience since most of this is a gentle feeling of healing. You may also feel as though something is moving around.  If so, ask what is moving to leave.  Imagine it being rooted out and slipping away from your field.  It no longer has a place in your field. By breathing deep and exhaling deep and fast while focused on the root, you can help to bring new energy into that place.  You can also shake or move while doing this, and movement can help dislodge old material in the energy field.  The secret is to FEEL the movement as coming from your core, not from the outside inward.

Healing the Root #2

Another good way to heal a chakra is to draw that chakra into the heart chakra.  Concentrate on the chakra that you wish to heal and as you breathe in, imagine the energy drawing up or down into the heart. Imagine that chakra energy as like a thread or line of fluid in a tube that you draw upwards (or down depending on what chakra) through just the force of your breath.  As you draw this energy into the heart, you create a cohesion, a balance and grounding as well as healing of that center.  The root and heart have an interesting energetic dynamic.  They are each oppositely charged, so your energy will tend to flow upwards into the heart if you let it. The more you are able to release, the more broad the healing effect is for you.  Imagine the energy from root moving into the heart and then flowing into the root again.  This creates a renewed energy balanced by the divine heart field. This is the core of love and compassion, and even if you don't know what you are doing or wanting to do, with simple intention, you can still achieve results.

By doing this, you effect a change in your field by intentionally drawing upward the sexual energy into the heart.  When you can balance the root with the heart, there is a more balanced effect, a more balance alchemy.  From there, the third tier of awareness can be brought into it, which is the crown, but by keeping the focus on the root via the heart, you can keep the energy simple and straight forward.  Your heart can transmute the energy from the root and feed back into it a very good divine energy. It can also begin the process of bringing greater awareness into the root, the foundation of our experience, the base from which kundalini springs.  By drawing this up into our heart, a powerful form of bliss can be experienced, and a subtle but powerful inner alchemy can be catalyzed.  Performing this daily over a period of a few weeks can help move or shift your awareness in a significant way.  It can also bring you closer to a more healed place.

What is behind most meditation practices is a simple calming of the mind.  When you do this, you can begin to allow the Waveform to come forward more.  All methods help you to feel differently.  If you can achieve this, then it doesn't matter what method you use, even one that is fashioned on your own.  When you realize that all any yogi ever did was to crete something that worked for them and then handed it down as it was continually changed and improved upon, the result has always been the same; creating something that helps you to feel differently.   This truly is all that you need.  There is nothing special in the half lotus or full lotus except that many people have used it.  It CAN connect you to the field of broader awareness that others have touched, but this is just the beginning.  The broad field is within you, so all you do is to use this posture as a catalyst.  You have within you the means to awaken, and when you do, you will not need a spcial posture or even breath. You will learn that breath, true breath, is the respiration of the soul, and this is a moment by moment taking in of cosmic energy.  While your own breathing physically can help to bring in more energy, you can in fact bring in huge amounts of high level energy in a powerful way through a simple act of intentional letting go and opening within.  Oddly, for me, I have found that I can bring in large amounts of energy by washing or immersing my hands in water.  Warm seems best. The thing is that just about anything can help you to feel differently.  For you, it might be something different than me.  I can also open energy in all parts of my body by a type of flexing and rubbing of my hands, which will bring chills all through my body, all through my meridians sometimes.  I can also do this through intent, which is seeking to feel differently.  Seeking to flow instead of getting trapped in a mental state that is both rigid and linear.  By flowing nonlinearly, I don't know what to do next but everything that happens always makes sense and works out in the end.  By trusting, intention can bring me to a new place.  I suspect it can work this way for you.

If you need a system, make one that works for you, or fashion one from others based on how ti makes you feel.  Release expectation and open to feeling as you feel into how the technique makes you feel.  if you feel good, stick wtih the good.  If you feel tight or hard, move away from that.  What will make you flow? Your own inner sensuality will help.  It knows.  It is nonlinear and it is not rigid.  Tapping this is uncommon for many who have grown up in certain faiths because inner sensuality is often tantamount to physical pleasure that is seen as of the flesh and thus bad.  Because flesh is built from this same sensual consciousness, it too is miraculous and wonderful.  There is nothing sinful or bad about it.  the only thing bad about it is that we have been taught to feel badly about it.  Through it, we can enter into our higher consciousness, regardless of what some might say.  Release your idea that the body is somehow bad.  It isn't.  And neither is your desire.  It will lead you in tantric fashion to your divine nature.

How You Can Change The World

I don't know about you, but feeling this gathering wave within,  I know that having shifted from that old form of being to what I have become, I sense deeply that the world can work differently than what we are used to.  Or were taught.

I am writing in my book about the concept of the Particle and Wave.  I am making these into the two phases of awareness:  Particle Awareness, Waveform Awareness.  Most of us experience Particle Awareness where everything we know is inside the bubble of our being, or soft-shell of flesh that keeps us from spilling out into the universe. This is who we were born as, and when we bang our finger it hurts me, not the horse eating grass in the field across the glen from me.   Ego helps us to discern between me and thee and a horse.....Our thoughts are our own, we do not hear others' thoughts. We think how cool would that be?  And we dream about being invisible and having special powers.

Then it hits.

The particle awareness is stretched and kneaded, seduced and melted through compassion, many particles piling higher and higher until the dam breaks and the waveform is unleashed upon us; kundalini awakens.  And when it does, our one Particalized self knows itself in a sea of other particles, creating a wave.  This wave is the All.  it is bliss, it is love.  It might scare the you-know-what out of us at first as he shadow side of the self is stirred up and dealt with.  Sifted and forgiven, the waters are clearer and there is this vast ocean upon which our individual boats float, and this is the dominion of the boundless self. We are both individual and boundless.  We begin to hear others thoughts and we know we have those cool powers....but all of a sudden, it doesn't seem so miraculous because now we are Waveform Awareness and this is pretty normal. We bend minds with the glint of our smile, a movement of our hands.  We do not wear capes, and we do not have funny masks.  But we are all unified through this vast wave.....and  besides, those powers are the result of having such a broad wave at our command.  But that is very cool because, well, a wave is pretty strong.    The very force of the universe, teased and unleashed to do the good that it yearns to be.  I know;  perhaps the wave only wants to BE.  We, individuals in the wave, see results, ramifications, and want to nudge and create and effect as a result of judgments that we make.  We dare to know what the wave wants.  Like the ripples of the wave on its surface can have any idea about what the ocean wants.  But perhaps we do.  Perhaps its to realize ever greater expressions of this love which is the wave in the world. Perhaps we can build these waves all around us?  Just by being?  Focusing?  Moving evenly together for the highest?  Thy Will Be Done?

But lets say these judgments represent a big shift for the better, for the race as a whole. Doesn't it seem possible to effect the world from the inside out?  Here we are, convinced that we must ACT upon the projection of consciousness that is what we see before us, our world (which some call illusory....I think its real....a real creation for our learning and benefit).  So what would happen if we were to act in consort to see something really big and good happen in the world?

"Thy Will Be Done."

Maybe we can add that whatever it is, that its good and juicy.  But no particular thing, just something to let us know that it was just us driving this wave of intention higher, some little clue so we can begin to point at it when it happens....and maybe feel a little silly for doing that, but juicy is good.  Just admit it.  Not juicy like Brad caught kissing someone or whatever...but like some really cool and amazing thing....but what I don't know.  The wave will know.  We wont need to wear masks or capes.  Just open our hearts, our souls and let the universe begin to flow deep and strong.

This idea has already seen some evidence as being possible.  There is something called the Maharishi Effect, a tested principle that shows that relatively small numbers of people in a given area who practice meditation, pray and feel peaceful and use intention to help see others around them as the same way actually has a statistically significant effect upon the local population.  What is most interesting is that the evidence shows that we only need on percent of the population to see a change.  I don't know if the research bears this idea out, but there is a lot out there about it....maybe I will wade through the numbers, but I like how it sounds.....but it feels as though this is so, that change can be catalyzed by a relatively few people to change things.  The wave joined with many teasing that wave into ever higher heights, drawing from intention, focusing on a desired result, seeking the highest.

When I awoke I can remember feeling this vast field of energies.  I knew these were others like me.  A family of consciousness like me....These were all seen as like lights,  stars in the sky, pulsing with the same Waveform Awareness.  Each pulse rippled through the entire net of stars.  I just knew we were all one with life, but somehow this sense of these awakened people on the planet had a feeling of startling presence.  Then later, as I began to learn more about this phenomenon, I learned that there was a veritable wave of others who were experiencing this and I wondered.....  So I ask; if we draw deep within the essence of this can be dredge the depths of it to push that wave a certain way....not in a way that we necessarily want but simply ask to happen.  Like saying to yourself "I want the very best to happen today for the world; whatever is in our highest...let's have THAT happen!  You, great wave, decide!"

There is not a time when you are not a part of this wave, nor a place where you are not. You are it and it is you.  Married to it, wedded from the most essential to the most obvious....speak to it, ask it to rise and it complies.  Drop deep into its comforting net, a supportive webwork of being and bliss.  Can we raise the vibration?  The pulse of life?  Will others awaken tomorrow? What could happen that is in our highest?

I think we have the power to change things from the inside out.  Like ourselves, forever changed, whisper to the wave and tell it to show you what it can do.  And believe.  And lets watch......while eating that sandwich, or tapping your fingers looking outside or as you breathe deep within, or when you lay still and deep in meditation tomorrow...

The Book

I have gone back and forth on whether to include other resources beyond my own experience, and very recently I thought it was best that I leave them out and let the telling speak for itself, but I have been doing some research into some ancient texts and I find myself at a place where I can't help BUT include these.  The main reason for wanting to include these texts is to begin to show how when presented with the truth, we sometimes sweep it under the rug.  Are we interested in knowing the truth?  Are we at a place where we are ready to begin to look at this experience in a more clear-eyed way, unencumbered by belief and dogma, seeing instead the soul which transcends all philosophy, dogma, system, or belief? 

To see this pathway means setting aside what you were taught as a child, growing up, where the gospel or dogma of the time reflected a misunderstanding of how the inner self works and how an awakening moves forward in a way that it offers liberation.  You can be awakened yet still have within you those things that keep you a slave, a term that you will see being used in the book from one of these ancient texts.  They understood how karma creates a situation whereby a person literally becomes a prisoner.  They had a way of knowing how to pluck out this "vine" by its roots.  Everything that upsets you, bothers you, throws you out of your grace filled state is the result of these positions that live inside of you as if entities unto themselves, knots of congealed awareness that cannot see beyond itself and which will effect your own awareness and keep you in a mode where you are just reacting.  The final freedom which will reveal to you the greatest love in you awaits.  This process involves bringing a part of you, the Watcher or Observer into the picture.  Its a powerful ally in the refining process if you can listen to what it has to say, and the necessary posture it will help you to take inwardly that will allow those pesky emotional issues to fall away.  It means facing up to the truth and not being afraid of it.  By bringing compassion and love into the process, we no longer are afraid of how we might be seen or treated by others.  The need to be free at this point becomes an overwhelming desire because the bliss grows with each issues you let fall away from you.  Its effect also is instantly physiological since the energy of the karma now no longer exists within you and these things have a very real effect on your nervous system and body.  It depresses the flow of dopamine, serotonin, and other compounds the body produces that help to mirror bliss in the body.  Your body was made perfect to mirror the divine. 

Its time to wipe clean that mirror of yourself if you are ready....

....and now back to those old dusty texts that I will use to help to explain how the answer is within us and the process is simpler than we might think to find that promised land of complete union with the divine.
